Peewee (9 years and under)        Traditional: 15 yards; Compound: 15 yards

Pre-Cub (10 years to 12 years)     Traditional: 30 yards; Compound: 30 yards

Regional Representation:

Open to all participants in all regions
Shooters will be allowed to participate/compete in one class only.

Events & Classification: (Classes will have Male/Female except PeeWee)

1.    M60 -Master 60 (60 years and over)

Optional class for any shooter 60 years of age or older.  May shoot any type of equipment or style.

 

2.    M50TR -Master 50 Traditional (50 years and older)

Optional class for any shooter 50 years of age or older.  May shoot any type of traditional, recurve or longbow without sights and any type of arrow.

 

3.    M50 -Master 50 (50 years and older)

Optional class for any shooter 50 years of age or older.  May shoot any type of equipment or style.

 

4.    CFP  -Compound Fixed Pins (21years of age and older)

A compound bow with a fixed pin sight.  Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab or bare fingers may be used. Cross hair style pins are allowable as fixed pin sights.  Circle style pins are allowable if circles are of one size.

 

5.    CU -Compound Unlimited (21years of age and older)

A compound bow with any type of sight.  Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab or bare fingers may be used.

 

6.    LB -Longbow (21years of age and older)

A longbow with no sighting device.  Must be shot with a tab, glove or bare fingers.  The arrows will be of wood and uniform in length and weight.  No stabilizers or counterbalances will be allowed.

 

7.     IN- Instinctive (21years of age and older)

A recurve or longbow with no sighting device.  Must be shot with a tab, glove or bare fingers.  The arrows will be of the same materials and uniform in length and weight.  No stabilizers or counterbalances will be allowed.

 

8.     BB- Barebow (21years of age and older)

A recurve or longbow with no sighting device.  Must be shot with a tab, glove or bare fingers.  The arrows will be of the same materials and uniform in length and weight.  No stabilizers or counterbalances will be allowed. Stringwalking is permitted.

 

9.    JRC - Junior Compound (18-20 years)

A compound bow with or without a sight.  Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab or bare fingers may be used.

 

10.  JRT  - Junior Traditional (18-20 years)

A recurve or longbow with or without a sight.  Must be shot with a glove, finger tab or bare fingers.

 

11.  CADC  - Cadet Compound (15-17 years)

A compound bow with or without a sight.  May be shot with some type of release aid.

 

12.  CADT - Cadet Traditional (15-17 years)

A recurve or longbow with or without a sight.  Must be shot with a glove, finger tab or bare fingers.

 

13.  CUBC - Cub Compound (13-14 years)

A compound bow with or without a sight.  Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab or bare fingers may be used.

 

14.  CUBT - Cub Traditional (13-14 years)

A recurve or longbow with or without a sight.  Must be shot with a glove, finger tab or bare fingers.

 

15. PCUBC - Pre-Cub Compound (10-12 years)

A compound bow with or without a sight.  Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab or bare fingers may be used.

 

16.  PCUBT - Pre-Cub Traditional (10-12 years)

  A recurve or longbow with or without a sight.  Must be shot with a glove, finger tab or bare fingers.

 

17.  PW - Peewee (9 years and under)

  Any bow with or without a sight

Rules and Regulations:

Scoring

1.     Scoring will be as follows:

11-10-8-5-miss

 

2.   All scorecards must be scored by two athletes

 

3.    Double scoring is required.  Score cards will be collected at the completion of each course.

 

4.    All scorecards must be shuffled and groups busted. A group with 3 or 4 friends or family members, plus an outside person is considered busted, provided that the outside person is one of the scorekeepers for the group.

 

General Rules

 

1.    Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Any action considered by range officials as unsportsmanlike will result in disqualification.

 

2.    Under no circumstances will alcohol be allowed on the course.

 

3.    No range finders allowed at the shoot.  Anyone possessing a range finder will be disqualified and asked to leave.

 

4.    Binoculars (hand held) will be allowed.

 

5.    Any person in violation of the above rules may be disqualified from that event.

 

6.    Any shooter who ignores a shoot official’s orders will be disqualified from the event.

 

7.    All children under 12 must be supervised.

 

Registration Deadline:

Registration Deadline as designated by your Regional Director

All registrations are done through your Regional Director, who will determine the Regional Deadline. The registration fee must also be submitted to your Regional Director.  Signed consent forms must accompany the waivers.

No late registrations will be accepted.


Events will be cancelled if there are one or less individuals or teams registered.  Should any event be cancelled due to lack of registrations, the athletes being affected by the cancellation will be given an opportunity to re-register in another suitable category provided that event is scheduled to run.
